Engagement Basis

All services are provided on a professional advisory basis, with scope, fees, and timelines agreed in advance.

Fees

Fees may be:

• Time-based (hourly or retainer)

All fees are agreed prior to commencement of work.

Refunds

Due to the nature of advisory services:

• Fees are generally non-refundable once work has commenced
• Time and expertise provided cannot be returned once delivered

Cancellations

If a client cancels:

• Before work begins — a refund may be issued at our discretion
• After work has commenced — fees for work completed remain payable

Exceptions

We aim to act reasonably and fairly in all circumstances. Any refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
